Why We're Building HH — And What We Hope It Becomes
There are a lot of websites on the internet.
Some sell products.
Some sell courses.
Some promote software.
Some promise to show you how to make money online.
HH will probably have some of those things, too.
But that's not what we want HH to be known for.
We want HH to be a place people come to learn something useful.
Why HH?
The idea behind HH is pretty simple.
There are things we want to understand ourselves.
Artificial intelligence. Online business. Websites. Affiliate marketing. Digital products. Courses. New technology. Ways to work smarter. Ways to create something useful online.
And we're discovering that when you're trying to learn something new, there are usually a lot of opinions—but not always a lot of straightforward answers.
That's where HH comes in.
Instead of pretending we know everything, we're going to ask questions, research the answers, try things, and share what we discover.
Sometimes we'll get something right.
Sometimes we'll discover that something that sounded great isn't nearly as great as it appeared.
That's part of the journey.
HH Is Going to Be a Learning Site
We don't want someone to visit HH, see a bunch of courses, and leave.
We want someone to visit HH and think:
"I learned something today."
Maybe you want to know what an AI tool actually does.
Maybe you're wondering whether affiliate marketing is still worth trying.
Maybe you want to start a website.
Maybe you're trying to find a useful online course.
Maybe you're simply curious about something you've heard about and want someone to explain it without all the technical language.
Those are the kinds of questions we'll explore.
We're Going to Try Things
One thing we don't want to do is simply repeat what everyone else on the internet is saying.
When possible, we're going to try things ourselves.
If we're wondering whether a particular type of website can attract visitors without paid advertising, we'll find out.
If we're wondering whether an AI tool is actually useful, we'll test it.
If we're wondering whether a particular online business idea is realistic, we'll investigate it.
And when we learn something, we'll share the results.
That means HH will be more than a collection of articles.
It will be an ongoing experiment.
Can a Small Website Become a Destination?
That's one of the questions we're asking right now.
Can a relatively small website become a place people actually remember?
Can useful information bring people back?
Can a site grow without spending a fortune on advertising?
Can helpful articles eventually lead people to useful products, courses, books, and other resources without turning every page into a sales pitch?
We don't know all the answers yet.
We're going to find out.
What You'll Find at HH
As HH grows, you'll find several different types of content.
HH Explains
Straightforward explanations of things that can sometimes seem complicated.
Artificial intelligence.
Online business.
Websites.
Digital tools.
Affiliate marketing.
Technology.
And whatever else catches our attention.
HH Investigates
We'll take a closer look at questions that deserve more than a quick answer.
We'll research the subject, look at different opinions, and try to separate useful information from hype.
HH Tests
Sometimes the best way to understand something is to try it.
We'll experiment with tools, ideas, websites, and online business strategies and report what happens.
HH Learns
Not every article has to be about making money.
Sometimes we simply want to understand something better.
And if we're curious about it, there's a good chance someone else is curious too.
HH Recommends
There will still be courses, tools, books, software, and other resources on HH.
But recommendations should come after usefulness—not before it.
If something is worth recommending, we'll explain why.
And if something isn't worth your time or money, we'd rather say that too.
We're Not Promising Overnight Success
There are plenty of websites promising easy money, instant traffic, and overnight success.
That's not what we're going to do.
Building something worthwhile takes time.
Search traffic takes time.
Trust takes time.
Learning takes time.
And building a returning audience takes even longer.
We're okay with that.
We're interested in seeing what happens when we consistently put useful information out into the world and keep improving.
Follow the HH Experiment
This article is the beginning.
As HH grows, we'll be able to look back and see what worked, what didn't, which subjects people cared about, and which experiments produced surprising results.
We'll share those lessons along the way.
Maybe HH will become a large resource.
Maybe it will remain a small but useful corner of the internet.
Either way, we're going to give it a real try.
And if you come back from time to time, you'll get to see the journey.
Welcome to HH.
Find something interesting. Learn something useful. Come back for more.
